Our Policy on Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (e-books, PDF checklists, and spreadsheet templates), they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

When you purchase a digital kit from waypointkit.com, it is delivered to your email instantly and is considered "used" the moment it is downloaded. Unlike a physical item, a digital file cannot be "sent back" to us.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products.

Our "Failsafe" Promise (Exceptions)

We are committed to your satisfaction and success. We will gladly issue a refund or a replacement under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice. We will happily refund the duplicate charge.

  2. Corrupted or Damaged File: You received a file that is broken, unreadable, or corrupted. We will first try to send you a new, working copy. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

  3. Incorrect Product: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., the link sends you to the "Landing Kit" instead of the "Pre-Departure Kit"). We will, of course, send you the correct product immediately.

To request a refund based on one of the exceptions above, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • The email address you used to make the purchase.

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email).

  • A brief description of the problem (e.g., "Duplicate charge," "File is corrupt").

We will do our best to resolve your issue within 48 hours.
