Our Products

Waypoint Kit sells digital products only. We do not sell any physical items.

No physical items will be shipped to your address. All products, including e-books, checklists, and templates, are delivered electronically.

The Delivery Process

Our delivery process is instant and automated.

  1. Payment: Once your payment is successfully processed, your order is confirmed.

  2. Email Delivery: You will receive two emails within a few minutes of your purchase:

    • An Order Confirmation email from Waypoint Kit.

    • A Download Link email containing a secure link to your digital product(s).

  3. Download: Click the link in the download email to instantly access your PDF e-book and any other files (like spreadsheets).

Delivery Timeframe

Your digital product is delivered instantly.

If you have not received your download email within 15 minutes of your purchase, please follow the steps below.

Troubleshooting Your Download

If you cannot find your download email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder: This is the most common reason for a "missing" product. Please check your "Spam," "Junk," or (if you use Gmail) your "Promotions" tab.

  2. Verify Your Email Address: Please ensure that the email address you used on the checkout page was correct.

  3. Contact Us: If you have checked your spam folder and still have not received your link, please contact us immediately. We will manually verify your purchase and send you a new link.
